Main uses
This machine tool is mainly used for sawing all kinds of steel, such as hard cutting materials, special alloy steel, high alloy steel, low alloy steel and mild steel. Replacement bands can also be used for sawing non-ferrous and non-metallic metals.
Performance characteristics:
1. CPU microcomputer automatic control system is used to set the automatic program of the whole sawing process. Manual operation is also optional.
2. Man-machine interface display equipment operation status, parameter setting, operation instructions, simple operation and high efficiency.
3. Built-in operation instructions, sawing data background statistics, simple, clear, convenient.
4. Sawing length, group number, quantity can be set, real-time display, feed length is controlled by grating ruler, length error is less than 0.2mm.
5. Workpiece hydraulic clamping, hydraulic feed mode is optional, sawing speed hydraulic stepless speed regulation.
6. Saw band flexible tension, prolong the service life of the saw band. The structure is reasonable, the bed is heavy, the saw frame is stable, the performance is stable and reliable, and the precision is high.
7. Steel brush active mechanism is used to clean the saw belt with water flushing to clean the chips and extend the service life of the saw belt.
