Band saw blade installation procedure

The direction of the mounting teeth of the saw blade must be consistent with the direction of the sawing operation

❶ Open the saw machine shield and loosen the saw blade tensioner. Hang the band saw blade onto the saw wheel

Note: Before installation, confirm that the tooth tip is in the same direction as the sawing operation, and the saw blade guard sleeve is not removed for the time being);

❷ Put the saw blade into the guide base alloy block. Then tighten the locking screw to ensure that the saw blade and guide block are evenly clamped;

❸ The tension band saw blade. During the tension process, observe to ensure that the tip part of the teeth does not touch the saw frame surface. If the contact should be found, use appropriate tools to remove it from the non-contact shape:

❹ Reduce the line speed and remove the mouthguard using the point operation mode.

❺ Adjust the position of the wire brush. The outer ring of the wire brush can contact the groove of the band saw blade. Cover the saw machine protection cover.
