I. Introduction to Our Company’s High-Speed Band Sawing Machine Product

Our company has introduced high-speed band sawing machines series produced with German technology, and the different configurations are available for high-speed cutting of the following materials: 

1. High-speed cutting of non-ferrous metal materials, such as aluminum plates, aluminum casting sprues and risers, engine housings, honeycomb aluminum, foamed aluminum, aluminum ingots, industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum bars and aluminum pipes. 

2. High-speed cutting of materials, such as graphite, cathode carbon block, carbon fiber, brake pads, and foamed cement. 

3. High-speed cutting of ingot materials, such as glass, quartz, monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon, gemstones, and semiconductor materials. 

With high sawing efficiency, smooth surface, and good precision, the high-speed band sawing machine has been widely used in many manufacturers, creating benefits for users.

III. Components and Characteristics of GGL400H High-Speed Horizontal Band Sawing Machine 

(1) Saw frame part

1. The saw frame welded with steel plates are subject to the aging treatment, and the mounting surface is finished;

2. The main transmission device is composed of an AC motor, a frequency converter, and a flange spindle to realize the frequency conversion speed regulation of the saw blade;

3. The operation adjustment of the saw blade can be realized by swinging the driven wheel structure;

4. The saw blade has a hydraulic tensioning device;

5. The precision roller saw bland guide device is used to guide the saw blade to reduce friction and heat and prolong the service life of the saw blade;

6. The iron pulley can be replaceable and the surface is made of vulcanized hard rubber to ensure the stability of high-speed operation;

7. The wheel door is designed to cut off the power when the door opens;

(2) Column part

2. The movable guide rail of the saw frame adopts the high-precision linear guide rail and slider, featuring with high precision, strong rigidity, low friction and more stable feed.

It has a stable steel plate welded structure, and the mounting surface is finished to support the (1), (2) and (3) parts.

(5) A set of 1.2m feeding rack and a set of feeding trolley are provided for convenient sawing of long materials.

(6) Hydraulic system

The variable vane pump is used with low noise, less heat, and long life to realize the functions of workpiece clamping, saw blade tensioning and saw frame lifting;

(7) Cooling system

The spray lubrication system can be used to degrade the spray oil to cool and lubricate saw blades and prolong the service life of saw blades; compressed air is supplied by users.

(8) Independent electrical operation control cabinet

It adopts the centralized control to ensure convenient operations and maintenance and to control the start and stop of the hydraulic system, the operation and frequency conversion speed regulation of saw blades, saw frame lifting and lowering, workpiece clamping and release, and emergency stop, and the corresponding electrical interlock protection device is designed.
